How can I earn Reward Chips?
There are so many ways to earn Reward Chips, starting with 100 chips for signing up for the rewards program! In addition to earning chips every time you shop at Farm to Pet, you can also:

What can I redeem my Reward Chips for?
Once your Reward Chips balance hits 1,000, you can redeem your chips for $10 off – or let your balance continue to grow and redeem more chips for higher discounts.
How do I redeem my Reward Chips?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the “It’s Treat O’Clock” section to see your Reward Chips balance and redeem them for rewards.
Where can I see my Reward Chips balance?
Your Reward Chips balance is shown in your Farm to Pet account dashboard. Once you log in, your balance will be highlighted in a box at the top of the page. For more details, click Rewards or View Rewards Details to view your personalized Reward Chip page.
Do my Reward Chips expire?
Reward Chips expire after one year without account activity.
Do my coupons from redeemed Reward Chips expire?
Once you redeem your chips for a reward, that reward will remain activated in your account and will not expire.
What happens to my Reward Chips if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the Reward Chips you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my Gotcha Day Reward Chips?
On the Gotcha Day you entered! If this day falls within 14 days of the date you entered it, your Gotcha Day Reward Chips may be delayed as a fraud-prevention measure.
I forgot to use my Reward Chips at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Reward Chips cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made. They’ll be available for your next purchase, as long as your account remains active.
