How do I redeem my Reward Chips?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the āIt's Treat O'Clockā section to redeem your Reward Chips for rewards.
Where can I see my Reward Chips balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your Reward Chips balance.
Do my Reward Chips expire?
Reward Chips will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my Reward Chips if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the Reward Chips you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.
I forgot to use my Reward Chips at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?Ā
No, unfortunately Reward Chips cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
