The Farm to Pet Team

Our fearless pack leader Jackson Jones is the brains, brawn and heart behind the business. Jackson works tirelessly on every piece of Farm to Pet and can be found on a daily basis fine-tuning production in the factory; sourcing the highest quality ingredients and suppliers; masterminding the next great single-ingredient treat launch; supporting the community at the local farmer’s market or pet shelter; and so much more. Basically, he 24-7 runs the company that he started in his basement and grew to a full-service producer of the best healthy pet treats around! Jackson lives in his hometown of Chicago, IL with his wife Lauren, their three children, and their rescue pup and Chief Product Taster Rooney.

Since day one, consummate multi-tasker Miranda Jones has been integral to helping Farm to Pet achieve its mission of sharing the best healthy pet treats with the most pets possible. As well as managing partnerships, collaborations, events, fundraisers, social media and more, she also plays a key role in website and content development, product and graphic design, and even customer and account support, all while enjoying a busy and active life in west central Illinois with her husband Michael and their three children.

Our technology top dog, Ella Lingafelter manages all things e-commerce, digital communication, consumer data, and user experience, combining extensive technical knowledge with her creativity and love of pets to create seamless and meaningful interactions with our customers across all touch points. Ella is living her best life in the Quad Cities area of northwestern Illinois with cats Eugene and Autumn and pup Junie, all of whom just happen to love healthy pet treats!

Our excellent reputation for customer service is thanks to Jed Rimie Tio. Not only does Jed make it his personal mission to ensure the satisfaction of every customer who contacts Farm to Pet, he also assists with many other projects - willing to do virtually anything he can to share the word and the benefits of our healthy pet treats. Jed loves dogs almost as much as he loves living in his home country of the Philippines.

Resident wordsmith Michelle Toma Olson adds years of branding and entrepreneurial experience to the Farm to Pet roster, where she focuses on blogging, copywriting, and basically anything that helps spread the message behind our incredible healthy treats for pets! Devoted dog and cat mom many times over, she lives in Huntington Beach with her husband, daughter, and treat-loving cat Tommy.

A talented, hard-working, dedicated team member since our inception, artist Sarah Woodson literally brings the Farm to Pet healthy pet treat vision to life. In addition to creating all bag, product and special project designs, Sarah also assists with website look and feel, helping to create a unified brand identity that communicates the Farm to Pet message with every element. Sarah lives in sunny southern California with her sunshine-loving kids and treat-loving dog Billy.

Originally a Farm to Pet fan turned Brand Ambassador, Tiffany Faber lends her influencer know-how to create and coordinate our social media content, managing all of our social media outlets (follow her work @farmtopet on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). She also supports our active social community of healthy pet treat lovers. A resident of Austin TX, Tiffany is also a proud dog mom to Maple.

Mary Edler puts the “farm” in Farm to Pet, living with her husband Randy on their family farm in northern Illinois. Between traveling and spending time with her grandchildren, Mary offers part-time help with special projects and market research, including healthy dog treat testing courtesy of her adopted goldendoodle Bentley.

Another multi-tasking pet-loving team player, Jacki Jimenez Benitez keeps our Farm to Pet headquarters running like a well-oiled machine and looking pristine. Thanks to her outstanding organization and logistical skills, our shipping, tracking, and reporting functions never fail at ensuring our healthy pet treats are where they are supposed to be. A proud Chicago resident with two kids and a chip-loving pup, Jacki doesn’t have to go far to visit family - her husband and mom both work on the production team, too!

Francisco Perez, better known as Frankie, brings decades of experience in manufacturing, farming and poultry to the Farm to Pet production floor. His ingenuity, knowledge and work ethic continually hone our operations and quality controls, ensuring our healthy pet treats are the best they can be and creating a happy, rewarding workplace in the process. Longtime dog parents, Frankie and his wife reside in Chicago surrounded by family, including their first grandchild!
