🌺🐶 Spring Gift Guide For Dogs

Can you believe it is almost fall already? This summer flew by! Before we know it, we will be drinking hot chocolate and watching Christmas movies with our pups! But as a lover of all things fall, I’d like to squeeze in as many festivities as I can before it gets too cold out. Here are the best dog-friendly fall activities to complete this season:
1. Bake some pumpkin dog treats
Did you know that pumpkin is one of the best things you can feed your dog? You can read all about the health benefits in this article. I can’t imagine a better way to kick off the season than baking some yummy, yet healthy, pumpkin dog treats. These pumpkin pupcakes sound so delish and will surely make your house smell fall-ready! Don’t forget to top the frosting with our single ingredient Chicken Chips.
2. Take a scenic walk
Nothing feels better than the cool breeze of a fall day, so get out there and enjoy it! Local parks are a great place to take your dog for a walk and enjoy the fall scenery. We recommend our Turkey Chips to bring along to keep your dog fueled up!
3. Have a fall photoshoot
Break out those matching sweaters and get some pics with your furry friends! I definitely think fall weather makes photos turn out so great. Don’t forget to share your photos and tag @FarmToPet on any social media platform so we can see!
4. Watch Halloween movies
Fall is not fall unless a Halloween movie marathon is completed. Cuddle up with your pup and grab your favorite treats while you watch your favorite Halloween movies. I am a Hocus Pocus kind of girl, what’s your favorite fall movie?
5. Go on a hayride
My dog LOVES sticking her head out of the window on car rides, and a hayride would take that to the next level! Imagine all of the new smells! Not only are hayrides exciting for dogs, but they are also so relaxing for humans. Remember to check if the farm and hayride is pet friendly, though!
Putting this list together is getting me so excited for fall! I can't wait to see what this season brings.

Treat you Fall Furbabies next week!
