Hello! As a part of the Meet Our Pack series, we are excited to introduce you to Ella- our soon-to-be manager of technology, analytics, and CX! Ella started working for Farm to Pet as an intern (fun fact- Ella was actually our first ever intern!) in March of 2022 while she worked towards her Bachelor of Information Systems at WIU. As an intern, Ella worked in many areas such as social media, marketing, and technology.
A few months into her time with Farm to Pet, Ella became our Customer Engagement Lead where she works to revamp our email marketing and overall communication and engagement strategies. We envision our communications being more personalized and relevant to specific customers in order to reduce spam, and Ella is helping us get there!
She has now graduated from WIU as the youngest Summa Cum Laude graduate in the university’s history, and has had many articles written about her academic achievements! We are so thankful to have her as a part of our team. As a recent grad, Ella will now move into her new role with us where she will oversee the acquisition, development, and integration of various technologies used here at Farm to Pet. Additionally, she will be pursuing her Master’s in Computer Science at UIUC which she will complete remotely.
On a personal level, Ella enjoys helping out at her aunt’s flower shop, collecting houseplants, and drawing/painting cartoons. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Junie, who is a huge fan of our Chicken Chips and Split Elk Antlers!
We are excited to have Ella on our team as we continue to grow and work to better serve our customers and their furry friends.
